Procedure Description

I understand that I am receiving a PICO Laser Skin Treatment. This is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses ultra-short picosecond laser pulses to target skin imperfections without causing significant damage to surrounding tissue. The treatment is designed to improve skin tone and texture, reduce pigmentation, address acne scars, and support overall skin rejuvenation.

During the session, a handheld laser device is applied to the treatment area, delivering rapid laser pulses that break down pigment particles and stimulate collagen and elastin production within the skin. The energy is absorbed selectively, helping to improve uneven skin tone, refine texture, and promote a clearer, smoother complexion.

This procedure does not involve needles, injections, or surgery. Clients may experience a mild snapping sensation, warmth, or temporary discomfort during treatment. Temporary redness, swelling, or sensitivity may occur following the session and typically resolves within a few hours to a few days.

Results may be noticeable after one session, with progressive improvement over a series of treatments. Aftercare

I agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the clinician. This includes avoiding direct sun exposure, heat, and strenuous activity for the recommended period, using broad-spectrum sunscreen as advised, avoiding harsh or active skincare products, and keeping the skin clean and well moisturized. I understand that failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results or increase the risk of irritation or side effects.

Consent for Treatment:

I hereby consent to receive PICO Laser Skin treatment at The Abram. I acknowledge that the clinician has explained the procedure, its purpose, potential benefits, and possible risks. I have had the opportunity to ask questions, and all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I understand that results vary and that additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be recommended for optimal results.

Release of Liability:

I release The Abram, its staff, and representatives from any liability related to this treatment, except in cases of proven negligence or intentional misconduct.

Photography and Records:

I understand that videos and photos will be taken for medical documentation purposes and will be used only for treatment comparisons and tracking progress milestones.
