Procedure Description:

I understand that I am receiving Endosphere Body Roller treatment. This is a non-invasive body therapy that uses a special device with rotating spheres to deliver mechanical compression and vibration to the treated areas. The treatment is designed to stimulate circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, and help reduce the appearance of cellulite and fluid retention.

The device is rolled over the skin in targeted areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, hips, or buttocks. The rhythmic compression helps improve blood flow, support tissue oxygenation, and encourage natural detoxification through the lymphatic system.

This treatment does not involve needles or surgery. Some clients may feel pressure, vibration, or mild discomfort during the session, especially in sensitive areas. Temporary redness, warmth, or mild bruising may occur and usually fades within a short time.

Results develop gradually over a series of sessions and depend on individual factors such as body type, lifestyle, hydration, and activity level. Endospheres Body Roller is not a weight-loss treatment but is used to improve skin texture, tone, circulation, and body contour appearance.

Aftercare:

I agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the clinician, including staying well hydrated, avoiding intense workouts or heat exposure for a short period if advised, and attending scheduled sessions. Consent for Treatment:

I hereby consent to receive Endosphere Body Roller treatment at The Abram. I acknowledge that the clinician has explained the procedure, its purpose, potential benefits, and possible risks. I have had the opportunity to ask questions, and all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I understand that results vary and that additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be recommended for optimal results.

Release of Liability:

I release The Abram, its staff, and representatives from any liability related to this treatment, except in cases of proven negligence or intentional misconduct.

Photography and Records:

I understand that videos and photos will be taken for medical documentation purposes and will be used only for treatment comparisons and tracking progress milestones.
