CLINIC’S POLICY

Prior to booking an appointment, PLEASE read all Information & Policies to ensure you are properly informed. It’s a lot of information, but it’s very important that each client understand everything before booking.

• A DEPOSIT of Kshs 10,000 ($100) will be required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. 100% of the deposit will go towards the amount that’s due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in CASH/VISA/Mpesa on the appointment day.
• Booking fee is REFUNDABLE if cancellation/reschedule is made at least 72hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancelling your appointment for any reason within 72hrs to your appointment will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely!
• You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent.
• NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the technicians must focus on the procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait at.
• You must arrive no later than 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be considered as “no show” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.
• 3 days notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment to another date and time. ONLY ONE TIME RESCHEDULING IS ALLOWED.
• All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly.
• All results will vary per person depending on their skin, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.
• If you have previous eyebrows TATTOOED, PLEASE TEXT/WHATSAPP (+254-790-555-714) a clear photo of your brows and get an approval BEFORE booking an appointment. If you fail to do so, we will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited because not all previous tattoo from other artist can be fixed or covered.
• PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

DISQUALIFICATION LIST

Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:

• Pregnant or nursing
• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
• Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)
• Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
• Viral infections and/or diseases
• Epilepsy
• Pacemaker or major heart problems
• Organ transplant
• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
• Had Botox in the past 2 months
• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.
• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT

Be prepared for the color intensity to be significantly sharper and darker immediately after the procedure. This will subside and become softer as the skin heals. This process can take up to 14 days.

• DO NOT take Aspirin, Fish Oil, Niacin, Vitamin E and/or Ibuprofen unless medically necessary, 72 hrs prior to your procedure.
• DO NOT work out 24 hrs prior to your procedure.
• AVOID sun and tanning one week prior to your procedure.
• Discontinue Glycolics, Retin-A or Retinol products 4 weeks before the scheduled appointment.
• DO NOT use AHA skincare products close to the enhancement area 2 weeks prior to and after your procedure.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

• Brows will appear dark and defined before the scabbing phase.
• Redness and stinging sensation is normal and subsides by the next day completely.
• Once the brow area starts to peel, it will appear flaky. Avoid picking or pulling scabs.
• Fully healed results will appear 10-30% lighter. Use waterproof sunblock outdoors to avoid fading.

Touch up (For Existing clients only)

• 4 – 8 weeks: Session time: 1 hour @ FREE
• 10 weeks – 6 months: Session time: 1 hour 30 minutes @ Kshs 7,500 ($75)
• 6 – 12 months: Session time: 2 hours @ Kshs 15,000 ($150)
• 2 years & Above: Session time: 3 hours @ Full Price
